Yes. If your attendance or rating falls below the threshold for your current level, you’ll move back down. But don’t worry, you can always work your way back up.
You earn:
- 500 points for every shift you complete
- 500 points for every professional you refer who completes a shift
- Points are multiplied by your ProPerks level (1.1x, 1.2x, or 1.3x)
