Great place to work. Happy to have spent time with great people who really care there. Some recent reviews seem negative and it's important to know that the percent of people that receive an amazing service but never left a review far outweigh the 1 star reviews. No one is perfect, but when I worked there, the customer service team worked extremely hard to help resolve issues and I'm sure that's still the case. The software really helps dental professionals earn a great wage on their schedule and dental offices can run now efficiently and make more money since they are a business after all.

Melissa help me out today. She was amazing. I was a little, unsure about how to access my tax documents, but she reassured me that everything is going to be good and to just give her a little bit of time so she can help me and she delivered a very exceptional service.

Big thanks to Jada on the support team! She can in, and resolved all the concerns I raised in regards to my account. She deserves a raise/promotion for the simple fact that She was able to put herself in my shoes & get me the results I deserved. Most people in her position don’t even care (just there to collect a check), or lack the ability to put themselves in our shoes and yet able to still provide results right then and there.

Caring Doctor and Amazing Staff. During my shift, the doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly, with an excellent bedside manner. The whole team was great, and the staff members, especially the assistant Jane and dental hygienist Jay, were very cooperative and true team players. They were kind, asked how I was doing, and even thanked me for being there and being helpful. Jay was especially thoughtful and treated everyone with flowers today. Thank you all for your great teamwork, guidance, and support, especially Jay and Jane .

Advice!! TAKE SCREENSHOTS. I’m paid $70 PER PATIENT, when office offers “double and/or assisted hygiene” it’s $140 in one hour :) If PATIENT PERIOD says 30 minutes (screen shot it) then BID HIGHER raise your work to $140 2 people at 30 minute PATIENT PERIOD= $140 ( or $100 at 45 minutes PATIENT PERIODS) 2 people in 1 hour =$140 (double pay), else YOU DID A FREE CLEANING. DO THE MATH Make sure the doctor office don’t trick you with “double hygiene/assisted hygiene “ by posting 1 hour of planned time per patient “ but then force 2 patients on you at once!! SCREEN SHOT BOTH TIME AND ASSISTED HYG

Great app. I get shifts in great offices.

Late/cancel option. Only thing I don’t like is, if I got to cancel last minute because of weather (Icy and snowy and accidents). Why would I still get a late/cancel on my board and not being able to apply for shifts until I complete 10 random shifts here and there far from home.
