When a shift is confirmed, GoTu collects the GoTu service fee and employee fee (if applicable), while the professional's pay is charged 7 days before the shift.
All payments are processed through GoTu. Offices should not pay professionals directly.
If the hours worked differ from what was originally confirmed, updates must be submitted in the app within 24 hours of the shift ending. The total amount will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the updated hours.
GoTu handles all payments to dental professionals. Once a shift is completed, the professional will be paid through the GoTu platform. Please do not pay any professional directly.
You can cancel a posted shift at any time before it is accepted. If a shift is cancelled after a professional has accepted, our cancellation policy may apply. Learn more about our cancellation policy here.
Yes, completely. Dental professionals pay nothing to create an account, browse shifts, or get hired. GoTu's fee is paid by the dental office, not the professional.
