Pay Rate
$55-$65/hr, guaranteed with no clawbacks.
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
- Complete full-mouth periodontal charting and update patient records
- Expose and interpret digital radiographs
- Apply sealants, fluoride, and desensitizing agents per treatment plan
- Provide patient education and individualized oral hygiene instruction
- Document all care in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental
Requirements
- Active RDH license in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with digital X-rays and practice management software
