Pay Rate

$75-$80/hr, guaranteed with no clawbacks.

Primary Role Responsibilities

Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Complete full-mouth periodontal charting and update patient records
Expose and interpret digital radiographs
Apply sealants, fluoride, and desensitizing agents per treatment plan
Provide patient education and individualized oral hygiene instruction
Document all care in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental

Requirements

Active RDH license in Minnesota
Current CPR/BLS certification
1+ year of clinical experience preferred
Experience with digital X-rays and practice management software
