Pay Rate

$75-$80/hr, guaranteed with no clawbacks.

Primary Role Responsibilities

Perform adult and child prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
Complete full-mouth periodontal assessments and update patient records
Expose and interpret digital X-rays
Provide oral hygiene instruction and individualized care plans
Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and desensitizing agents as needed
Document all treatment in the practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)

Requirements

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Minnesota
Current CPR/BLS certification
1+ year of clinical hygiene experience preferred
Comfortable with digital X-rays and electronic health records
