Pay Rate
$70-$80/hr, guaranteed with no clawbacks.
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Perform adult and child prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
- Complete full-mouth periodontal assessments and update patient records
- Expose and interpret digital X-rays
- Provide oral hygiene instruction and individualized care plans
- Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and desensitizing agents as needed
- Document all treatment in the practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ year of clinical hygiene experience preferred
- Comfortable with digital X-rays and electronic health records
