Doug Drew CEO

Doug Drew became CEO of USOSM in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading and growing businesses, primarily in multi-site organizations. He is known for delivering financial results and building strong, purpose-led cultures. Before joining USOSM, Drew served as Global President of Mars Veterinary Health, the world's largest veterinary network, overseeing more than 3,000 hospitals and 12,000 veterinarians in more than 20 countries.

Alisa Ulrey COO

Alisa Ulrey joined USOSM as COO in January 2023, bringing more than 30 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies. Prior to USOSM, she was President and COO of the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), where she led field operations, HR, talent acquisition, compliance, and business development. Before CARD, she held divisional vice president and group director roles at CVS Health and Target, with direct P&L responsibility of $2.1 billion at Target. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and business management from Ball State University.

Henry Moomaw CFO

Henry Moomaw brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience with public and private companies to his role as CFO. He has spent the past 20 years serving private equity-backed companies through recapitalizations, sales, and IPOs. Previously, he served as CFO for Excalibur Resources and TEAK Midstream in the energy sector, and spent 13 years as VP Controller for Animal Health International, leading accounting through the company's IPO. He began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. He holds a degree from Southern Methodist University and is a CPA in Texas.

Annette Igl CHRO

Annette Igl brings more than 25 years of executive-level HR experience to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer. Her HR business partner approach has made her a skilled leader in transformation, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement and retention. Prior to USOSM, she was Senior Director of HR for Beauty Systems Group, a division of Sally Beauty Holdings, where she managed HR integration of numerous acquisitions across the United States and Canada, and directed employee relations, talent development, succession planning, and training. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in HR management from the University of Wisconsin.
