Scotte Hudsmith CEO / Chairman

Scotte Hudsmith currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Specialized Dental Partners and has more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience, including executive roles in finance, operations, business development, and sales and marketing. He specializes in developing and implementing growth strategies in healthcare companies and has extensive experience coordinating mergers and acquisitions. He has started eight different businesses generating billions of dollars in enterprise value. He guided orthodontic platform Smile Doctors from two locations to more than 650 nationwide over 11 years before founding what is now Specialized Dental Partners in 2018. He attended Louisiana State University before earning his BBA in Accounting and MIS from the University of Memphis, and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. He was elected President of the ADSO in 2025.

Dr. Vladana Babcic Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Vladana Babcic Tal is a practicing endodontist at Cameo Dental Specialists, a five-location multi-specialty practice in Chicago that is a pioneer in integrated oral healthcare. Born in Yugoslavia, she earned her BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, pursued a dual master's in Medical Science and International Public Health at Boston University School of Medicine, earned her DMD from Tufts University in 2010, and completed her advanced specialty training in endodontics at the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry in 2012. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a recipient of Incisal Edge Magazine's 40 Under 40 Award.
