Thomas Marler CEO

Tom joined Sage Dental in June 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience as a dental industry CEO. Before Sage, he was President & CEO of DentalOne Partners, where he led a significant transition that included the development of 40 new locations and a corporate HQ relocation. Prior to DentalOne, he served as CEO at Intelident Solutions, where he led the creation of DDS Lab, growing it from a startup into a prominent international dental lab. Before dental, he had a successful career in telecommunications. Tom holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Misty Mattingly, RDH, BSDH Chief of Dental Hygiene Operations

Joining Sage Dental in October 2018, Misty brings a unique combination of over 25 years of business and dental hygiene experience. She is the past President of the Georgia Dental Hygienist Association and past delegate for the American Dental Hygiene Association. Misty has been recognized with various awards, and has spoken nationally. She pioneered legislative efforts to increase access to care, helping make Georgia the 47th state to work under general supervision and the 40th direct access state. Misty also serves on the Georgia Board of Dentistry where she is leading efforts to promote advancements in improving care for Georgia citizens.

Laurie Colasanti Chief Human Resource Officer

Laurie Colasanti, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, brings over 25 years of HR leadership, driving strategic enhancements to employee benefit programs, developing robust training platforms and leading enterprise‑wide onboarding initiatives. Known for her proactive, inspirational leadership and exceptional communication skills, she excels at driving performance, inspiring teams and cultivating positive workplace cultures. Laurie holds a BA in Psychology from Oakland University, an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and serves on the advisory board of Florida International University’s Women in Leadership Program.
