Paul Reda CEO

Paul Reda is the CEO of North American Dental Group, having been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives within the healthcare sector through extensive experience in operational leadership and business advisory services. Before rising to the CEO role at NADG, he served as Senior Director and Director within Alvarez & Marsal's Healthcare Industry Group, providing advisory services focused on performance improvement and operational transformation. Earlier in his career he held roles at KPMG focused on healthcare advisory, revenue cycle management, and IT implementation. He holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Gabrielle McCarron SVP of People

Gabrielle McCarron is the SVP of People at NADG, bringing expertise in talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning across the dental and retail sectors. She progressed through roles of increasing responsibility within NADG, from Director of Talent Acquisition to VP of Talent Acquisition before reaching her current SVP role. Prior to NADG, she held senior talent acquisition roles at David's Bridal and earlier worked as a workforce solutions consultant at Kelly Services and in business development at Kforce and Modis. She holds a BA from Virginia Military Institute.

Dr. Spencer Stiles SVP of Clinical Engagement

Dr. Spencer Stiles co-founded Meridian Dental Specialists in 2004, a multi-state specialty group supporting endodontics and periodontics practices across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. He received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in Forensic Identification, earned his DDS from the WVU School of Dentistry, and went on to complete his postdoctoral specialty training in Endodontics. His practice group affiliated with NADG in 2019, after which he transitioned into his current executive role overseeing clinical engagement across the organization.
