Leadership

Dr. Field Harrison Founder

Dr. Field Harrison is the founder of MINT Dentistry and the driving force behind the Saint Apollonia family of dental companies. Since opening MINT's first Dallas location in 2009, Harrison has grown the organization to more than 140 dental practices nationwide. A practicing dentist, entrepreneur, and author, Dr. Harrison holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and has pioneered several clinical innovations including a gum surgery technique developed alongside veneer placement. He is also the founder of MINT Orthodontics, PURE Oral Surgery, and PURE Dental Academy.

Clint Rachal CFO

Clint Rachal is the CFO of MINT Dentistry, having joined the organization in 2015 and serving across roles including CEO, Executive Vice President, and COO. Prior to MINT, Rachal was Managing Director of Lifeguard Healthcare, a home healthcare agency. He holds a Master of Science from Louisiana State University with a background in management, consulting, and data analytics.

Dr. Nora Kweik Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Nora Kweik is the Chief Clinical Officer of MINT Dentistry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Southern Methodist University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry, where she also conducted research in public health sciences. Dr. Kweik is bilingual in English and Arabic.
