Rezwan Manji Co-Founder & CEO

Rezwan Manji is the co-founder and CEO of Imagen Dental Partners, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the dental industry. Before forming Imagen, he held multiple roles at Spear Education, most recently as President, where he drove the evolution of a traditional campus education model into dentistry's leading clinical education platform with over 16,000 paid members. He also created Spear Practice Solutions, a technology-enabled consulting, analytics, and content delivery solution. Manji earned his undergraduate degree from Royal Roads University and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Michael Augins Co-Founder

Michael Augins previously served as President of Imagen Dental Partners, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. Before Imagen, he was SVP and Regional CCO for North America at Dentsply Sirona, where his region achieved $1.6 billion in revenue. As President of Sirona USA, he played a pivotal role in guiding the merger between Dentsply and Sirona, resulting in a $14 billion entity. Earlier in his career, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focused on healthcare and growth practices.

Dr. Sameer Puri Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Sameer Puri serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Imagen Dental Partners, bringing over 25 years of experience in clinical practice and dental education. He is one of the founders of CDOCs and served as VP of Education at Spear Education/CDOCs, leading the organization to 24% annual growth since 2019. Before his education career, he ran a successful private dental practice in Tarzana, California. He holds a degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Tennessee.

René Bonin Chief People Officer

René Bonin serves as Chief People Officer for Imagen Dental Partners. With 20 years of experience in company culture and organizational effectiveness, she previously served as Chief People and Transformation Officer at Vixxo, and spent nearly 12 years at Iron Mountain, where she led a high-visibility executive assignment to transform enterprise support functions into a global shared services model spanning 45 countries. Her experience crosses both public and privately held companies ranging from $500M to $4B in annual revenue. She holds an undergraduate degree from Boston University.
