Jason Heffelfinger CEO

Jason Heffelfinger was named CEO of Dental Care Alliance in November 2023. He most recently served as Chief Services Officer for Petco, where he was responsible for leading all aspects of Petco's Pet Services businesses, including one of the fastest-growing vet hospital buildouts in the industry. His leadership helped Petco deliver double-digit sales and EBITDA growth across all service businesses while building them to over a $700M run rate. Since joining Petco in 2015 as VP of Field Operations, Jason served in various roles including Senior VP of Pet Services before becoming Chief Services Officer.

James Nick COO

James Nick was promoted from Chief Revenue Officer to COO of Dental Care Alliance in 2023, overseeing all operational functions across the organization's growing network of 400+ allied practices.

Victoria Garcia CFO

Victoria Garcia joined Dental Care Alliance as CFO in late 2023. Before DCA, she served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting for North American Partners in Anesthesia, a leading single-specialty anesthesia and perioperative management company serving nearly three million patients annually in more than 500 healthcare facilities. Before that, she rose from senior financial analyst to CFO for MEDNAX, a national medical group providing neonatal, anesthesia, maternal-fetal, and pediatric physician subspecialty services across all 50 states. She holds both a bachelor's degree and MBA from Florida International University, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is fluent in Russian and Spanish.
