Bob Fontana Founder & CEO

Bob Fontana is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of TAG - The Aspen Group. Since founding Aspen Dental in 1998 in Syracuse, New York, he has grown it into the largest branded network of independently owned and operated dental practices in the U.S., serving millions of patients each year. Fontana was the visionary behind Aspen Dental's Healthy Mouth Movement, through which Aspen Dental practices have donated more than $23 million in free dental care to veterans and people in need since 2014. He is a founding member of the ADSO and was named the 2025 Dental Titan at the Dykema DSO Conference, one of the industry's most prestigious honors. He holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

Anahita Cameron CHRO

Anahita Cameron serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of TAG - The Aspen Group, based in Chicago. She leads the people function across TAG's multi-brand healthcare platform of more than 20,000 team members. Detailed prior career history is not widely published.

Alexander Weiss CFO

Alexander Weiss joined The Aspen Group as Senior VP of Finance in 2017 and was promoted to CFO in 2019. He was previously VP of Strategy and Business Development at Cardinal Health, where he led growth initiatives for the company's home medical supply and post-acute care management businesses.
