Affordable Care, LLC is America's largest dental support organization focused on tooth replacement services, supporting 440 affiliated dental practices including Affordable Dentures & Implants, DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions, and Advanced Dental Implant Center, in 43 states. Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, the organization is highly specialized - unlike general dentistry DSOs, every affiliated practice focuses on dentures, implants, and tooth replacement, with each location featuring an on-site dental laboratory enabling same-day dental services. More than 8 million patients have received care at Affordable Care-supported practices since its founding.

Pete Bridgman CEO

Pete Bridgman joined Affordable Care in 2024 as CEO. He is a veteran consumer healthcare and retail executive, having most recently served as CEO of Visionworks, the sixth largest optical retailer in the U.S., and as Chief Network Officer of VSP Vision, the second largest U.S. vision care company. Pete previously served as President of Pearle Vision and President of LensCrafters, both brands under EssilorLuxottica, the world's largest vision care company. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Strategy at EyeMed, a Principal at Booz & Company, and a consultant at PwC. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA and BS from Florida State University.

Todd Wyatt CFO

Todd Wyatt joined Affordable Care in 2024, bringing deep business acumen and a proven track record of driving improvements in productivity and financial discipline, along with strong change leadership experience in public and PE-backed life sciences and facilities-based healthcare companies including Summit Behavioral Healthcare, Conifer Health Solutions, Acelity, and Kinetic Concepts Inc. He earned his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Mary Pater CHRO

Mary Pater joined Affordable Care in 2025, leading the HR, Talent, and Recruitment teams. Her background includes talent and performance management and HR leadership roles, along with serving as principal of a boutique consulting firm where she designed and helped organizations execute Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, System Implementations, Change Management, and Learning & Development strategies and programs.

Dr. Justin Moody Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Justin Moody joined Affordable Care in 2025. He is the founder of Implant Pathway and President of the American Board of Oral Implantology, bringing deep implant clinical expertise and a doctor-centric vision to elevate dentist engagement, clinical training, and quality. He attended the University of Nebraska and earned his doctorate from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center College of Dentistry.
