Geoffrey Ligibel is President & CEO of 42 North Dental and brings over 15 years of investment banking experience to the role. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as CFO and Chief Development Officer at 42 North Dental. Before joining the organization, he was a Director at Houlihan Lokey from 2004 to 2014, where he executed over 50 transactions totaling over $10 billion in value, and before that was VP of the M&A Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ohio State University.

Dr. Michael Scialabba, DDS Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Michael Scialabba is Chief Clinical Officer at 42 North Dental and Chairman of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry. Previous roles include Chief of Dental at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and CEO of Great Hill Dental Partners. He is a 2003 graduate of SUNY Stony Brook Dental School and a finance graduate of the Boston College Carroll School of Management. In 2016, he completed the American Dental Association Certificate Program in dental practice management at the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame. His dual background in clinical dentistry and finance makes him a distinctive clinical leader in the DSO space.

TJ Brouillard CFO

TJ Brouillard joined 42 North Dental having held various senior-level financial positions at KPMG and Fresenius, including CFO of Fresenius North America and CFO of Global Transformation and Shared Services. He brings a deep understanding of the life sciences and healthcare industries, and in addition to leading financial activities, plays a key role in 42 North Dental's affiliation strategy and technology stack development.
