If your professional hasn’t arrived at the scheduled start time, you can use the chat feature in the app to call or text them and check their ETA. If they still haven’t arrived or reached out after 30 minutes, you can report a no-show using the ‘report incident’ button. This will pause payout for the missed hours and will alert customer support for further investigation and resolution.
