How and When Do I Pay the Dental Professional and Booking Fee?

When a shift is confirmed, GoTu collects the GoTu service fee and employee fee (if applicable) , while the professional’s pay is charged 7 days before the shift.

All payments are processed through GoTu. Offices should not pay professionals directly.

If the hours worked differ from what was originally confirmed, updates must be submitted in the app within 24 hours of the shift ending. The total amount will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the updated hours.
