# What if I Don’t Like to Work at the Office I Was Matched With?

If you've been confirmed for a shift at an office you'd prefer not to work with, please cancel the shift right away through the app. Every professional has a 20-minute, no-questions-asked grace period for this reason. To block any offices you'd rather not receive shifts from in the future, feel free to contact our customer service team. Please note that the 20 minute grace period does not apply for shifts within less than 24 hours
