# Does GoTu Provide Any Training to Professionals?

GoTu is a marketplace platform and only provides state-mandated training required for GoTu’s type of business. Professionals receive various required training while obtaining their certification or license. GoTu trusts offices to provide any office-specific training to workers upon their arrival as needed. If any office-specific training is required, the professional will be compensated for the time spent training.
